Our CNC metal lathe has a maximum turning capacity over the lathe bed of a 400mm diameter swing and 1250mm between centres. It uses Alphacam CAD/CAM software to allow it to perform repetitive machining tasks with speed and accuracy. CAM controls allow the machining of complex items including taper threads and spherical components.
We also have other lathes with a maximum turning capacity over the lathe bed of a 600mm diameter swing with beds up to a maximum of 1500mm long.
We also boast manual and CNC milling machines and boring machines with maximum capacity of 1200mm height by 1500mm long travel.
